Account Registration & Security

Bonus Balances: If your wk win account holds an active bonus balance, withdrawal of your real-money funds may be restricted until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Promotion Modification: wk win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed the bonus, the player will retain their bonus balance subject to the original wagering requirements at the time of claiming.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Use

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers. wk win accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Players who consistently exploit maximum bet limits in conjunction with bonus balances may have their limits adjusted at wk win's discretion.
Sports Betting: wk win offers sports betting markets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh fixtures), football, kabaddi, tennis, and other sports. All sports betting is subject to the specific rules of each market, including void conditions, settlement rules for interrupted matches, and handling of late goals or wickets. Cricket bets on BPL matches are settled based on official scorecards published by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) or the relevant governing body.
Prohibited Conduct & Account Termination
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wk win platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms and Conditions. Where any of the following conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, wk win reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), void any associated balances, forfeit pending bonuses, and withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation.
- Multiple Account Registration: Creating or operating more than one wk win account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods.
- Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any form of automated decision-making software to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or interact with any part of the wk win platform.

wk win's decision to suspend or close an account based on prohibited conduct is final pending any formal dispute raised under Section 8. Where funds are withheld during an investigation, wk win will complete its review within 30 days and notify the account holder of the outcome.

Limitation of Liability & Disputes

Scope of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wk win's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. wk win shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage, arising out of or in connection with use of the wk win platform.
Force Majeure: wk win shall not be held in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of nature, government action, internet infrastructure failure, payment network outage, or emergency national events in Bangladesh.
Dispute Resolution: If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a game outcome, a transaction, a bonus calculation, or any other aspect of your wk win account, you must first contact wk win support via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a link). wk win aims to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of the initial contact. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
